Kimchi, which is a traditional fermented Korean dish and made of vegetables with varied seasonings. Kimchi may also refer to unfermented vegetable dishses. There are hundreds of varieties of Kimchi made with a main vegetable ingredient such as radish, green onion, or cucumber. Kimchi is the most side dish in Korea. Kimchi is another healthy food in Korea. It contains high concentration of dietary fiber and daily recommended amount of vitamin C and carotene. The vegetables being made into kimchi also contribute to the overall nutritional value. In Health magazine, Kimchi was listed of tip five "World's Healthiest Foods" for being rich in vitamins, aiding digestion, and even possibly reducing cancer growth. It is spicy :)
Galbi, which is generally refers to a variety grilled dishese in Korean food that is made with marinated beef or pork short ribs in a ganjang (Korean soy sauce) based sauce. Galbi is usually available in most Korean restaurants but it is generally served in venues that specialized in galbi and the emat is cooked on an in-talbe barbeque. When people eat and cook Galbi, they eat galbi with many varieies of Kimchi and side dishes.

I love the topic you chose Boo! I do have a lot of Korean friends from High School but sadly I haven't tried any of these foods. I am not sure if its even Korean but my favorite dish was this seaweed soup my friend let me try. It all looks tasty and good job!
